Thinking about making the move from touring to holiday home ownership? We may be able to take your touring caravan as part exchange towards your new holiday home at Searles, making the move easier than you might think.

Holiday Refund

If you purchase a holiday home during your stay at Searles, we’ll refund the cost of your holiday, up to £1,000. It’s the perfect way to turn a memorable break into your own place on the Norfolk coast.

Owners Referral Rewards

Know someone who’d love holiday home ownership at Searles? Refer them to our Ownership Team and, if they go on to purchase, you could receive a reward of £250 to £500.

  • All offers are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice.
  • Only one promotional offer may be used per qualifying holiday home purchase unless otherwise agreed by Searles Leisure Resort.
  • Offers have no cash alternative and are non-transferable.
  • Searles Leisure Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Part Exchange Offer

  • Part exchange is available on selected touring caravans only.
  • A valuation will be carried out by the Searles Ownership Team or an appointed third party.
  • The part exchange value offered is subject to the age, condition and specification of the touring caravan.
  • Part exchange is available on selected new and pre-owned holiday homes.
  • Searles Leisure Resort reserves the right to refuse any vehicle offered for part exchange.

Holiday Refund Offer

  • Available on qualifying holiday home purchases completed during your stay at Searles Leisure Resort.
  • The cost of your holiday will be refunded up to a maximum value of £1,000.
  • The refund applies to accommodation costs only and excludes any extras, upgrades, insurance or additional purchases.
  • Proof of your holiday booking may be required.

Owners Referral Offer

  • The referrer must be an existing Searles Holiday Home Owner.
  • The referred customer must be a new ownership enquiry who has not previously been registered with the Searles Ownership Team.
  • The referral must be declared before or at the customer’s first appointment.
  • The referral reward is payable only after the holiday home purchase has been completed.
  • Referral rewards range from £250 to £500, depending on the holiday home purchased.
  • Rewards are issued in accordance with the current referral scheme.
