Our team are here to help you with anything you need throughout your holiday.

They are also happy to help you re-book your return holiday before you leave. Our friendly receptionists are here daily and our professional security cover the night shift, offering 24 hour assistance during your stay.

Monday, Friday & Saturday 8am – 9pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday – 8am – 8pm

Please note: November to March when we only have tourers on the resort, Reception times change to 8am to 4pm daily. Outside of these hours we have 24 hour assistance available from our security team.
