Yes, Searles is pet-friendly and owners are welcome to bring their dogs with them when staying at their holiday home.

There are rules in place to help ensure the resort remains enjoyable and safe for everyone, including requirements around keeping dogs under control, cleaning up after them and where they are permitted on the resort.

Absolutely! Your family and friends are welcome to visit you at your holiday home, so they can enjoy time at Searles with you.

If family or friends are staying at your holiday home when you’re not there, please make sure you follow the resort’s requirements for registering guests and any relevant Owners’ terms and conditions.

We want every holiday home and surrounding area to look its best for everyone to enjoy. To help us maintain our five-star standards, all decking, patios and storage boxes are supplied through Searles, ensuring they meet our quality, safety and design requirements.

Owners are welcome to carry out routine maintenance themselves. If you’d like to use an external contractor for any work on your holiday home, simply contact us for written approval before work starts. Our team will be happy to advise.

Yes, you’re welcome to enjoy a BBQ at your holiday home, subject to our resort rules and any fire safety restrictions in place at the time.

Yes we allow rotary washing lines but they must be removed when not in use and the spike installed by Searles.

Searles Leisure Resort holds a holiday license, which means you cannot use your lodge as a primary residence. You can use your lodge as much as you’d like during the season, but you must provide proof of residence at your primary address.

No. Holiday homes at Searles are for your own personal holiday use and cannot be purchased for the purpose of letting or subletting.

Your family and friends are welcome to enjoy your holiday home, subject to our Owners’ terms and guest registration requirements, but you cannot advertise or rent your holiday home to paying guests.

Free Wi-Fi access is available in designated public areas and is subject to speed and download restrictions.

Hunstanton Beach is easily accessible by foot from several points across the park. Beach access paths are marked on our resort map, with one in our Tent and Touring area and another toward the rear of the Nisa Supermarket.

Please note: Beach access paths are locked over night. Please refer to signage on the gates.

As a 5* holiday resort the facilities available are second to none with swimming pools, live entertainment and so much more only a short walk from your holiday home. Paired with the Golf Club and sporting facilities you’ll find something for all ages to enjoy.

The Searles Land Train runs around the resort on selected dates, offering a fun way for guests to get around and enjoy a ride during their stay.

Operating days and times can vary throughout the season, so please check the Searles App during your holiday for the latest Land Train timetable.

Land Train operation may also be affected by weather, maintenance or other operational requirements, so services are subject to change.

Searles Country Park benefits from an 11-month season and Searles Leisure Resort a 10-month season, we close for post New Year. The on-site entertainment and dining facilities at the resort are available from March-October. The indoor swimming pools, golf course and Fountain Sports Bar remain open year round (excluding Christmas).

Searles Leisure Resort is located in Hunstanton on the beautiful West Norfolk coast, within easy reach of the beach, promenade and town centre.

Our location makes it easy to enjoy everything Hunstanton has to offer, from days beside the sea and walks along the promenade to shops, attractions, cafés and restaurants.

Searles is also a great base for exploring the wider North and West Norfolk coast, with popular destinations including Heacham, Brancaster, Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea within reach for a day out.
