Searles Summer Sale Spectacular – Terms & Conditions
Offer Period:
This promotion is valid from 25th July 2025 to 5th September 2025 inclusive. All qualifying purchases must be completed within this time frame.
Eligible Purchases:
Offers apply to selected new holiday homes only. Availability is limited and subject to change.
Discounted Holiday Homes:
Discount amounts vary per model and are clearly marked on qualifying units. Discounts are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
Free Air Conditioning:
A standard air conditioning unit will be installed free of charge on all new holiday homes purchased during the promotion period. Upgrades may be available at additional cost.
Decking Offers:
Decking promotions apply only to selected holiday homes and decking sizes. Final specification and pricing confirmed at time of order.
Gift Vouchers:
Vouchers (e.g. for The Range) will be issued after full payment and handover of the holiday home. One voucher per sale. No cash alternative.
General:
