The living area is spacious with a 3 & 2 seater sofa as well as a armchair, and a lovely 6 seater dining table along with 4 breakfast bar stools and a ample sized kitchen really allowing all the family to enjoy the space inside and out! The Kitchen has a the latest mod cons including microwave, large wine cooler and dishwasher and more. With lots of counter space to prepare your next meal.

The master and 2nd Bedroom both have double beds in there, with decent storage and wardrobes. The master bedroom has a en-suite with a large shower cubical. The 3rd bedroom is a twin but has a great amount of space to be able to fit in a double bed if required.The family bathroom is a great size with great fixtures and fittings, it also has a shower over the bath as well.The current owner will be removing the TV's and is willing to leave bedding, outside furniture and more if required please ask for more details.

Hunstanton South Beach is easily walkable through Searles Leisure Resort. Old Hunstanton Beach; which is widely regarded as one of the UK’s best, is approximately 2 miles away.

Yes we’d love to welcome everyone from your family including your dog. We also have designated pet-friendly areas in Ambers Bar & Grill, The Fountain Sports Bar and La Piazza should you wish to dine with your dog. You can also dine with your dog in the sports bar at The Pavilion at Heacham Manor Hotel, which is accessible by foot via the golf course. Please refer to Item 26 in the “Park Rules” section of our terms and conditions for further details.

Searles Leisure Resort holds a holiday license, which means you cannot use your lodge as a primary residence. You can use your lodge as much as you’d like during the season, but you must provide proof of residence at your primary address.

Searles County Park benefits from an 11-month season and Searles Leisure Resort a 10-month season, we close for post New Year. The on-site entertainment and dining facilities at the resort are available from March-October. The indoor swimming pools, golf course and Fountain Sports Bar remain open year round (excluding Christmas). 

No. all deckings, patios and storage boxes must be purchased through the resort to keep our 5 star standards. You are allowed to maintain these yourself but if you require an outside contractor to work on your holiday home rather than our maintenance team this must be approved in writing before going ahead.

Yes, as long as it conforms to approved safety standards.

Yes we allow rotary washing lines but they must be removed when not in use and the spike installed by Searles.
