Lodges and caravans sold on behalf of owner have a gas safety check but are otherwise sold as seen. A safety check only confirms the safety, not the working of appliances. A boiler service is recommended and can be carried out after purchase.
Pre-owned Lodges owned by Searles will get a gas check, clean and warranty as below.

- £40,001 to £100,000 = 6 months warranty
- £100,001 + = 12 months warranty
Pre-owned caravans owned by Searles will get a gas check, clean and warranty as below.

- £30,001 + = 12 months warranty
