Latest Government Update
Today the Minister for Health announced that Norfolk will be placed in Tier 4 from Boxing Day until further notice. This unfortunately means that the Resort will have to close again.
Therefore those owners staying on resort for the Christmas holidays will have to return home. The regulations however do allow for customers that are already on holiday to return home as soon as practical. As Christmas Day is a day of celebration we believe that the earliest practical time to close the resort is therefore 10am on Boxing Day. Please make arrangements to leave the resort by 10am on Boxing Day.
We will be back in touch as soon as we have any more information regarding any changes to the tier announcements.

Due to changes to the Government advice in relation to Face Masks, we are updating our procedures to comply with these changes and keep you and our employees as safe as possible.
We would like to make you aware of the update as follows, which will be required in all indoor public areas of Searles Leisure Resort, Heacham Manor Hotel and The Fountain Sports Bar from Saturday 8th August 2020 in addition to existing guidance regarding shops & public transport.
- It is MANDATORY for Guests/Customers to wear a face mask/covering in all public areas of the business from the above date including:
When entering and Exiting all Restaurants and Bars
Before you sit down or leave a table in a restaurant, bar, or indoor seating area
When entering and exiting the Leisure Centre
The ONLY time you are permitted to remove your face mask is:
When Eating or Drinking at a table
If you have an Exemption reason not to do so (Exemption downloads and cards are available on the link below)
If you are asked to do so for identification purposes

Visiting Owners Reception - Appointment Only
To aid in social distancing we are operating a one-way system through the area and ask that only one member of your party visits at any one time.
We request you contact Owners Customer Service by phone on 01485 536 024 or by email at email@example.com to make an appointment before attending.We are also asking that Owners queue whilst maintaining a 1m+ distance from others at all times. Because of this you may need to queue outside and we advise you dress appropriately for the weather conditions.

Track & Trace
We will be employing the NHS Track and Trace App using a specific QR code for each of our venues. Please download the NHS COVID-19 APP, from your App store and when entering the venues please scan in the QR code available. If you don’t have the digital means, please wait at the venue entrance to be registered on our paper system.
We will legally only be able to provide food and drinks using table service only. On arrival please complete the track and trace requirement, then wait for the member of staff to allocate you a table. They will then take your order from the table. When you require anything further please try to get their attention without coming up to the bar.
We will prefer to take payment at the table via card payment please.
In order to maximise seating please only use the chairs as set around the tables by the staff.
Service Closing Times
All Food & Beverage venues will be closing at 10pm. Last orders will be 9.30pm, 9.40pm 1st Notice of closing, 9.50pm Final Notice of Closing.
Please leave the venues in time for closing, thank you.
Outdoor Swimming Pool: We are delighted to be able to re-open our Outdoor Pool on Saturday July 11th from 10.30am. Following the strict guidelines laid out by the Government we ask that you
pre-book your swimming session using our SportsBooker booking system, or by contacting Leisure Reception on 01485 536029. Swimming is limited to 1 session per day with a limited number of people allowed in the pool per session. We ask that you come to the pool, beach ready and please be advised that there are no changing or toilet facilities available. Please leave all valuables in your unit. No Spectators/Swimmer Only Permitted.
Redgate Court Pool: We are delighted to be able to re-open Redgate Outdoor Pool on Saturday July 11th from 10.30am. Following the strict guidelines laid out by the Government we ask that you

We recommend you download from the Apple Store or Google Play our NEW Searles App. Through this you can order food from The Beach Hut , book tables for dining in Smokey Jo's and The Fountain Sports Bar and book activities through Sports Booker. It also provides a way for us to communicate important messages to you whilst you are on resort.
Wi-Fi for Owners
We are happy to inform you that we have now upgraded our WIFI and changed suppliers to Advantage Technologies who have worked closely with us on our internal systems for many years.
There are now more packages available and a new direct support number.
