For all enquiries including photo passes, work requests, payments or any other matters, please contact Tracy or Marie in the Owners Reception which is now located next to the Sales Showground.

Friends and Family Holidays...
Friends and Family can receive a 15% discount off the brochure price of holidays here at Searles Leisure Resort. When booking simply quote your name and number. Please note this discounted cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is not available for Special Breaks or Super Savers.
Dog Walking
Please can we ask that you do not walk your dogs on the golf courses, please use the correct areas and clean up any mess your dog may make.
Refuse & Recycling
Please only put general waste and recycling in the bins.
(NO BBQ’s, chairs, tables, mattresses etc as these will not be collected).
DO NOT leave bags by the bins as these will not be collected.
If you wish to dispose of larger items, this can be arranged with Owners Reception at cost. Or take the item to the local Recycling Centre, Chalk Pit Road, Heacham, PE31 7JE. Open 9am-5pm during the summer (check timings for other seasons).
Electric Scooters
These are prohibited and are not allowed at the resort or the hotel.
Searles App
We recommend you download from the Apple Store or Google Play our NEW Searles App. Through this you can order food from The Beach Hut and book activities through Sports Booker. It also provides a way for us to communicate important messages to you whilst you are on resort.
WiFi for Owners
On-site WiFi is supplied and administered by Wavenet. They have a range of packages available to suit your own usage requirements, and offer technical support daily.
Should you experience any issues with your WiFi please contact Wavenet directly. Support is available 7 days a week between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
