New Lodges & Caravans Price includes siting, connection, alarm system and steps. Will have a 12 months warranty from handover unless stated differently on your agreement.

Private sales are sold on behalf of the owner and are sold as seen. The details and contents are provided by the owner and a fixtures and fittings list can be provided prior to the purchase. Searles do not check the condition of the holiday home or check the items listed as present or working. The holiday home will have had a gas & electric safety check during the last 12 months, if not one will be carried out at the time of sale. A safety check only confirms the safety, not the working of appliances at the time of issue. The certificates are provided by the owner not Searles.

Other pre-owned holiday homes if you purchase this year, you will get a gas check, clean and a Searles warranty as below.

Caravans

Up to £20,000 = 3 months warranty.

£20,001 to £40,000 = 6 months warranty.

£40,001 + = 12 months warranty.

Lodges

Up to £40,000 = 3 months warranty.

£40,001 to £100,000 = 6 months warranty.

£100,001 + = 12 months warranty.
