Since our humble beginnings in 1954, we have been dedicated to providing unforgettable holiday experiences for generations of families. Over the past seven decades, we have grown and evolved, continually adding new amenities and activities to enhance your stay. As we approach this significant milestone, we are filled with gratitude for all the incredible memories made by our valued guests throughout the years.
This June we're ramping up celebrations with a weekend of nostalgic holiday fun from days gone by. Think 1950's themed entertainment, a traditional Punch and Judy show, and of course a massive street party. You can expect our regular schedule of fantastic entertainment across the weekend, with Saturday being an all out day packed full of celebration.
Dance Class – Jive & Lindyhop
Saturday 15th June, 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Take stepping back into the past to a new level, with swinging dance moves sure to dazzle. We're going to be joined in The Sundowners by Val & Graham from "Take the Lead", running you through some of the most iconic dance moves of the 1950's. It's the perfect way to prepare for your evenings entertainment and you wow on the dance floor.
Searles 70th Street Party
Saturday 15th June, 12:00 - 16:00
Step back in time with a classic street party. Join in the celebration of 70-years of happy family memories. We'll be bringing you live entertainment from Rockabilly songstress "Sarah Mai", a vintage Punch and Judy show, retro fair games and so much more. Oh and it's not a party without cake. Join our directors as we reflect on the past 7 decades and enjoy a slice.
Step Back into the 1950's
As we head into the evening of Saturday 15th June we are thrilled to be welcoming The Era Boys. A trio of crooners that will be serenading the crowds with some classic tunes. That;s not all. We invite you to embrace the spirit of the 1950's with themed fancy dress encouraged!
