With glorious safe sandy beaches just a few steps from Searles it may be hard to stray further, however we recommend that during your stay with us you explore some of the exciting attractions in our surrounding area.
Our Searles Land Train will help you explore. All guests have FREE on park travel with regular trips around the resort including to The Fountain Sports Bar and Searles sports areas. Heading out of the resort, guests can travel on the Land Train which stops at various locations along the sea front, in town and at the light house. Service times are available at regular train stops near the resort entrance, the Nisa supermarket, the touring office, The Fountain Sports Bar and off park at The Green and the lighthouse.
During the school holidays the train operates 7 days a week (weather permitting, excluding February half term). At all other times, the Land Train does not operate on a Monday or Friday. Searles Sea Tours is a definite port of call! Enjoy fantastic coastal tours in the Wash and experience breathtaking views of Hunstanton from the famous Wash Monsters.
Do also visit the Hunstanton Sea Life Sanctuary for amazing close up encounters with sharks and a wonderful array of marine life. A fantastic experience for all the family and furthermore, you are able to buy exclusive discounted tickets for the Sea Life Sanctuary at Searles main reception, saving you extra money!
Searles Sea Tours and the Sea Life Sanctuary are both situated on the central promenade in easy walking distance from our rear entrance gates.

If you fancy a spot of fishing at Searles fishing lakes during your stay, why not visit Anglers Corner, for all your fishing equipment and bait. Rod licenses are required and available from the Post Office on the High Street in Hunstanton.
Just a few minutes’ drive, take a deer safari or bottle feed orphaned lambs at Snettisham Park for a superb day out with lots to see and do for all the family.
Why not jump aboard the Searles Land Train travelling to Hunstanton lighthouse where you may enjoy a leisurely stroll across the cliffs, past the pitch & putt to Le Strange Old Barns in Old Hunstanton for handmade crafts and gifts (see page 28 for main advert).
If you are looking for a bit of excitement with thrills and nonstop action for all the family to enjoy, take a trip to Kings Lynn Adrian Flux Arena to watch Stock Car and Banger Racing at its best! With dates available throughout the year, you will be guaranteed a fantastic experience.
Alternatively have fun roller skating at Alive Oasis Hunstanton or younger guests can let off steam at their Children’s Fun Castle or take a family dip in their swimming pool.
For a royal experience, HM Sandringham House & Gardens is only a short drive with wonderful woodland walks. You never know who you may see!
The Coast Hopper Bus runs daily between April and October and travels between Kings Lynn and Great Yarmouth, perfect if you wish to explore Kings Lynn shopping centre or enjoy a day out along the east coast road stopping at the many quaint villages that West Norfolk offers.
