The quality of the fixtures and fittings throughout our Winchester range will leave no one in doubt of their quality. A central lounge area is tastefully decorated and appointed with quality soft furnishings, coffee table, hi-fi unit, remote control TV /DVD, flame effect fire - all tastefully lit with uplighters and free standing lamps.
The kitchen / diner exudes contemporary design and is fully equipped with integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, high level oven and grill with extractor hood over hob and all of the latest in space saving storage. The dining area boasts a dining table and chairs for 4 with matching display cabinet. There are two separate WC/Shower rooms, one of which is ensuite to the master double bedroom, the other adjacent to the twin bedroom. Both bedrooms are very well appointed with full length wardrobes in the twin and a walk-in wardrobe in the master double bedroom combined with other storage areas. Outside there is a raised timber decked veranda with log table, chairs and bench. The veranda area can be easily secured via an entrance gate that provides a safe secure area for those with smaller children who need containing safely.
