Owner‘s Cabaret Evening
Saturday 13th March. 7pm in the Sundowners.
Your chance to meet the new entertainment team for the summer, who will also be performing on the night as well as special guests ‘Blaze‘. As this is exclusive for all owners, please bring your photo passes for entrance on the night as only these card holders will be allowed in.
Country Club Saturday Entertainment & Sunday Lunches
There will be entertainment at the Country Club on the following evenings:

Saturday 6th March - Terry Vincent
Sunday Roast will be available on 28th February and 7th March, food will be on all other dates from the Mariners Restaurant.
Redgate Court
The new front row bases, overlooking the 10th Tee, are nearing completion. Two new three bedroom show homes, the popular Omar Kingfish and Wessex Contemporary, will be arriving in April. NEW OWNERS RECEPTION
New Location for Dee‘s Office with Window Counter in Reception area
Dee has moved office and now has a window counter from which you will be able to talk to her. The Window is in the main reception, just around the corner past the ATM machine and all accounts can be paid directly to Dee there. Please ring the bell for assistance.
From mid March to the end of October Dee‘s office will be open at the following times:-
Monday & Thursday 8.30am to 12.30pm
Tuesday & Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm & 1.00pm to 5.00pm
Saturday/Sunday 8.30am to 2.00pm
You can now also pay your account by Debit/Credit card by calling Dee directly on 01485 536024.
When the office is closed you can still pay your account at the main reception but please always bring the invoice you wish to pay with you.
Owners Gym membership- Two Owners cards are issued which include free use of the Gym, These are non transferable. Additional Family cards holders can use the Gym at a discounted rate of £3 per session.
Searles Resort Golf Annual 2010 Owners Golf Course Membership
The Owners discounted fees have been set at £110.00 plus affiliation fee. Membership fees can now be paid direct to Ed Howes at the Country Club.
If this is your first year of golf membership, Ray Stocker our professional golf coach is available for lessons. Ask at the Country club for further details.
Window Cleaning
Monthly window cleaning is still available for all lodge owners at £11.75 per month. This offer is not currently available to caravan owners, however if this service interests you please call Aimee on 01485 536033 and she will see if it can be arranged.
Decking and Lodge Staining
If you have your lodge or wooden decking stained (includes decks on caravans) by our approved contractor, we will be able to offer you a discounted yearly stain at a fixed price after the initial stain. Please ask Aimee in the sales office for further information.
