- 2 x Owners photo ID cards gaining free access to the Clubs, Gym and pools
- 8 x Additional photo ID passes gaining free access to the clubs and pools.
- Each pass holder can sign in two people at a small charge.
- Extra temporary week passes for guests can be purchased for a minimal charge.
- 2 Named people can get unlimited use of the 9 hole golf course for the year for £125 each plus affiliation fee (free for Fairway Court & Redgate Court). Discount for owners is also available on the 18 hole course.
- Maximum of 4 gate barrier fobs for entry into the park (£10 deposit for each)
- Owners also receive 10% Discount in the Bars & Restaurants.
