Whether you are on holiday at Searles, just visiting Norfolk or are a local resident you are welcome to uses the following country club facilities. 2010 sees Searles Resort 9 Hole Golf Course in its 10th year and continues to be as popular as ever with golfers of all ages and handicaps. Along with the new 18 hole Heacham Manor course, Searles now boasts greater golfing challenges and variety, offering the perfect choice for a golfing break.
Country Club
Searles Golf and Country Club is open to everyone and the Country Club is the location for booking all of the golf, driving range, fishing, bowling green and tennis facilities as well as a great place for a relaxing drink or meal.
Lunch served in the country club every day from 11.30am to 2.30pm.
Wednesday & Saturday night we offer a delicious steak night. Book early to avoid disappointment.
Searles Resort Golf Course
Searles' nine hole resort golf course is now well established. A par-34 course, consisting of three par-3s, five par-4s and one par-5 hole, the course provides challenges for novices and the more experienced alike. Designed in a links style, the course makes the most of natural features including the winding river and the reed beds. A trip around the course is well worth it - plus our guests receive a discount price per round. What better reasons could there be for packing your clubs!

Heacham Manor Golf Course
The new 18 hole golf course at Heacham Manor is set within an area of Important Landscape Quality. With superb views over the Wash from the 14th tee, long par fives and the par three 7th needing a 170 yard carry over water to reach the green, the course will challenge even experienced golfers. The excellent greens and teeing areas makes this new course a must play while at Searles. Advance bookings of tee times are required to play this outstanding course. Golf attire - no jeans, football shirts or shorts, no tracksuit bottoms. Shirts must be collared. Golf shoes or trainers only. All players must have their own golf clubs, hire is available.

Golf Breaks

Membership is available, no joining fee is required. Ladies and Juniors are more than welcome.
Adult Yearly Membership

Adult Summer Membership

Student Membership
- £170 Age 18 to 24 Must be in full time education (1st April 2008 to 31st March 2009)
Junior Annual Membership
- 1st April 2008 to 31st March 2009
- £50 Age 8 to 13 (Must be accompanied by an adult at all times, unless a competent certificate from the pros is achieved)
- £80 Age 13 to 17 (Allowed on the course without adults
All the memberships must also pay an English Golf Union affiliation fee as well as a fee to the Norfolk Golf Union, please ask for more details when applying for membership.
Driving Range
The range is great for a warm up before a game, to practice your skills or for a first taste of the game. Searles Pro has a dedicated bay for video tuition and the 270 yard range has pitching and chipping targets to hone your short game. Clubs for adults and children are available for hire.

Astro-putting - ideal for kids
Located next to the driving range, the astro-putting course is a fun addition to the golfing facilities and a much more light-hearted approach to honing your skills. Be warned it definitely isn't as easy as it looks!
Bowling Green
Our bowling green built to EBA standards and is available for use by all guests. The green is situated next to the Country Club and wood hire is available. A fun and relaxing way to enjoy an afternoon.

Tennis Courts
Searles has two hard-surfaced, fenced tennis courts situated by the Touring Park. These are available for use by all guests and can be hired by the hour from the Country Club. Tennis racquets and balls are also available for hire.
Fishing Lakes
Located next to the bowling green and Country Club, the two fishing lakes are linked by a cascading weir. Stocked with Rudd, Roach, Tench and Carp up to 18lb. Full day, half-day and hourly tickets are available, with the lakes open daily from 8am (rules and conditions apply, no keepnets or barbed hooks).
